You only pay if a card member actually comes to your venue and spends money, and you pay by offering discounts.
This program brings new customers through your door and rewards loyal customers (which keeps them from
going elsewhere).
I have a weekly special. Can I post it on your site?
Yes, BUT ONLY IF you add an exclusive discount or “perk” for I’m Not At Work Card Members. This could be an
extra drink special, extra time added onto the discount or any other exclusive offer just for Card Members.
Please remember that this program is free for you, however, Card Members are paying for exclusive discounts.
Can you help me train my employees?
Yes. After you sign-up you will be able to download and print an employee training document. This document will
have a sample image of what the card looks like and space to write your exclusive discounts. This document should
be placed behind the bar or distributed to your staff.
Can I pay for additional exposure?
Yes, we have upgrade options for featured listings once you sign up your venue. We also offer an option to give
your discount a “Top Listing” so it will appear at the top of relevant searches.
What sort of discounts help to bring new customers through the door?
Any discount that offers obvious value will bring new customers through your door. Try unique discounts and
remember that you are only discounting to a small subset of customers. This allows you to safely (and profitably)
test various discounts.
I manage more than one venue, how do I list all of my venues?
Sign up one of your venues and you will have the option to add as many additional venues as you’d like.
We have more than one manager/owner. Can we all have our own log-ins?
Yes. After you create an account you can add additional administrators who will have access to that account and
will have their own unique log-ins.
What types of venues can sign-up for the program?
I’m Not At Work has an obvious focus on drinking and having fun. Types of venues that our Card Members want
discounts for are bars, restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, liquor stores, beer stores/distributors, and other fun social
venues (such as bowling alleys, billiard halls, etc...) Please note that not all discounts have to involve alcohol. You
can offer food discounts or anything else that will help get Card Members excited and bring them to your venue.
I run a social organization can I list discounts?
Yes. We will have a “More Discounts” page specifically for partnerships like this. Email us with a flat discount that
you would like to offer our Card Members and we will post it. For all of your events taking place at venues, you can
get additional exposure by having the venue list a discount for your event.
I have signed-up my venue and my discounts are not appearing on the website. Why could this be?
Check to make sure you have a 24/7 discount listed. If you don’t please add one or your discounts will not be
displayed on our site.
